Ingredients
Scale:
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- 1 can diced tomateos with chilis (Rotel)
- ½ white onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 jalapeño pepper
- ¼ cup cilantro
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp cumin
- ½ lime juice
Instructions: #
- Roughly chop onion and jalapeño. (Remove seeds if lower heat is desired). Peel garlic
- Remove tomatoes from juice and add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed until salsa is the desired consistency.
Notes #
For best results, store in refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.
