Restaurant Style Salsa

Ingredients

Scale:
  • 1 can whole tomatoes
  • 1 can diced tomateos with chilis (Rotel)
  • ½ white onion
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 jalapeño pepper
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • ½ lime juice

Instructions: #

  1. Roughly chop onion and jalapeño. (Remove seeds if lower heat is desired). Peel garlic
  2. Remove tomatoes from juice and add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed until salsa is the desired consistency.

Notes #

For best results, store in refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.
