Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies

Ingredients

- 1 cup sugar
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions: #
- Line baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
- Bring the sugar, milk, and butter to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Once it reaches a boil, boil for exactly 1 minute. Remove from heat, add oats, vanilla, and salt, and stir to combine.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet. Let sit at room temperature until cooled - about 30 minutes.
