Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions: #

  1. Line baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
  2. Bring the sugar, milk, and butter to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Once it reaches a boil, boil for exactly 1 minute. Remove from heat, add oats, vanilla, and salt, and stir to combine.
  3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet. Let sit at room temperature until cooled - about 30 minutes.
